6,800 years before Warcraft…… Dath’Remar led the top elves left Kalimdor challenging the Maelstrom storms. The found themselves wandering the wreckage on the planet for year after year, discovering mysteries as you go along along with lost kingdoms.
Dath’Remar took the name Sunstrider, which means “he who walks the afternoon.” He looked for places of power where he could develop a new home for his people. Finally, his fleet landed around the beaches that might later become called Lordareon. Find more about wow lore here.
They might forge inland, and also the high elves eventually founded a settlement inside the Tirisfal Glades tranquil. But through the years many of them went mad. There was clearly a theory that something evil sleeping below them on this part of the world was in charge of pushing them mad. Therefore the high elves packed up and moved north.
Because the high elves crossed the rugged terrain with the Lordaeron, it will become a serious perilous journey. They were cut off from your life giving energies of the Well of Eternity, understanding that led to many falling ill in the cold climate. Still more starved to death. However the most troubling change was the fact they were will no longer resistant to every one of the elements because they weren’t immortal any longer. Their violet skin disappeared plus they shrunk tall. But despite all this they encountered many astounding creatures they’d not noticed in Kalimdor.
After many years the top elves were relieved to find a land that reminded them of Kalimdor. They founded the Kingdom of Quel’Thalas, that has been deep within the northern forests. They vowed to produce an vast empire mightier than their Kaldorei cousins. Sadly, they learned that Quel’Thalas was actually built on an ancient sacred troll city.
However, elves are stubborn and they also weren’t willing to quit their newly discovered land, so they used magic to help keep the savage trolls away. Under Dath’Remar’s leadership they defeated the Amani war bands, which actually outnumbered them 10 to 1. So that they decided it would be advisable to hide their lands inside a protective barrier that would allow them to work with their enchantments, improving upon them. They did this by constructing monolithic Runestones with a number of different points throughout Quel’Thalas, marking this wonderful time barrier boundaries. The Runestones also masked this wonderful time from the elves frightening away the superstitious troll war bands.
Time ticked away. Quel’Thalas became a testimonial to the efforts of the high elves magical prowess. The palaces were certainly architecturally appealing interwoven among the lands topography. Quel’Thalas took over as sparkling gem the elves had planned to create with time. Sunstrider Dynasty surely could keep a strong political energy that was made of seven great high elf lord, surrounded by protective barrier these folks were unmoved from the Kaldorei’s warning continuing to make use of magic in all aspects of their lives….time would tell where things might range from here.
